In my 10 years of teaching Qigong I’ve come across 3 different levels of commitment in students.

  • The Interested Student
They’ve read a bit about Qigong. They like the sound of it, but they’ve never actually got around to practicing it. “Maybe one day.” They think, when they’ve a bit more spare time. But as you know, ‘one day’ never comes.
  • The Active Student
They’ve made the move from dreaming about Qigong to actually practicing it. Maybe they practice from a book or DVD set because there’re no good Qigong teachers where they live. Or if they’re lucky they learn directly from a good teacher. But their practice is haphazard and tends to take a backseat when life gets a little busy.
  • The Fully Committed Student
They practice twice a day. They see their Qigong practice as their ‘Sacred Me’ time and juggle their life to fit in around their practice. These ladies and gentlemen are a joy to work with. You can tell from their questions that their practice is important to them.
  • What level of commitment do you bring to your Qigong practice?

    Are you:

    Fully Committed?

Listen closely because I’m about to share one of those painful truths with you, it’s as popular as a fart in a space suit which is why no other Qigong teacher will openly tell you about it.

Here it is in all it’s glory:

Qigong ain’t no 30 day miracle cure.

If you’re trying to overcome pain and illness, improve your health, increase your energy levels or working on spiritual cultivation… and you’re not fully committed to your practice you’re wasting your time.

    Can you hear that?

It’s the sound of 100’s of merely interested students hitting the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the page.

Having to invest time and effort to get the benefits of Qigong isn’t a sexy message, but it is the truth.

Few people want to know they’re going to have to put some skin in the game to get the results they want.

Either commit to your Qigong practice or go home. Your time is too precious and life is too short to waste on merely being interested in Qigong.

You only get 24 hours a day and the secret to success is in how you invest your 24.

If you want to upgrade from ‘Interested’ or ‘Active’ Qigong student and take your practice to a deeper level then I recommend my 22 week Qigong Secrets Home Study Course.

It’s for fully committed students only and you can find full details here:

    Until tomorrow…

    Enjoy your practice.

    Kindest regards
