I guess what I’m going to write today could really ruin my credibility.
But then I’m not afraid to be transparent.
I’m not afraid to share my failures.
I’m not afraid to talk about my fears.
And I’m certainly not afraid to show you I ain’t no mystical, magical, all perfect Guru sat on top of the world whose farts smell like roses.
So here goes…
I don’t feel like doing anything today.
I don’t feel like not doing anything either.
Imagine not wanting to go anywhere, but not wanting to be where you are either.
Talk about being stuck in a catch 22.
And it’s not like I haven’t got a ton of projects to work on:
- Romania weekend workshops
- PERFECT Qigong Teacher Training Certificate
- Qigong Inner Circle Letter
To mention a few.
Clarabella tells me it’s part of the human condition.
I think she’s right.
It’s not like I’ve never been here before.
I go through periods of hyper-productivitiy, where I’m like a speeding bullet through a ‘to do’ list.
I also have periods (like today) where I move through it slower than the queue at the post office.
What about you?
Do you ever feel like this?
I would imagine if you don’t suffer from this kind of human condition then you’re a force to be reckoned with.
I’ll do what I always do.
When I get like this I use the OSS tool on page 100 of my book Smiling From The Heart.
Yes I do actually take my own medicine =)
And as long as I feel like I’ve done at least one worthwhile thing I can sleep easy.
Because you know what?
This too shall pass.
Like most things in life, this malaise is cyclic and will go.
It always does.
And if you’re feeling like me, then consider what the one thing is you could do, or at least make a start on, that would help you to feel like you were still moving forward?
This tool is – I call it One Small Step – has great power. And you can access another 28 power tools in my book:
Written specifically to help you overcome mild to moderate depression, be free from paralysing worry, kick fear into touch, develop bullet proof self esteem and increase your resistance to the stresses and strains of 21st Century life.
I can vouch for every tool in the book.
Because I’ve either used them myself or with my Qigong healing clients.
Right, I’m off to go and meditate (another tool I’ll share with you in SFTH).
Bye for now
P.S. If you get a copy of Smiling From The Heart today, not only will you get the instantly accessible PDF version of the book. I’ll also send you a hard copy for free.
But only for the first 5, because otherwise the postage eats into my chocolate fund.
