Boy did I screw up today.
The post I just finished writing simply wasn’t right. The timing for it is all wrong.
It’s a really good post, but today is a bad day to share it.
And I’ve got 13 minutes left before I need to be out of the house on important business.
Now considering the average time it takes for me to write a Qigong Daily post is 45 minutes, you can see how this might get a little interesting!
So it’s time to dive into a notebook and see if I can find something short, sweet and simple to share with you. I tell you, it’s at times like this I wish I wrote these posts in advance and piled them all up to go out automatically.
But I think they lack freshness done that way.
What was I saying, oh yes, 11 minutes to write something of value and benefit for you.
[Can you hear the sound of notebook pages being turned over frantically?]
Okay, here we go.
There are 4 things in the world:
- Things you can’t control and do affect you – Like the weather, traffic, the Government etc.
- Things you can’t control and don’t affect you – Like what the weather is going to be like in Peru today, the going’s on of celebraties, other people’s opinions of you <-- they only affect you if you let them.
- Things you can control and do affect you – Like your health, your happiness, your behaviour and so on.
- Things you can control and don’t affect you – Like doing someone a good turn.
I’ve noticed that many people waste a considerable amount of their precious, finite time worrying about things they can’t control.
Wouldn’t you agree that it’s much wiser to invest your precious time, especially if you want to live a longer, healthier and happier ife in arena number 3: Things you can control and do affect you.
And what better way than to practice Qigong?
Because Qigong benefits you:
I think it’s fair to say that it can help to make you better at everything you do.
Quite a claim I agree, but one you can prove for yourself simply by taking a 2 week testdrive of my 22 week Qigong Secrets Home Study Course (QSHSC) available here:
Right, I need to get cracking as I should be out of the door by now.
Have a great day.
