A Simple Question
You Must Ask Yourself

As I sat here this morning, contemplating what to share with you today, I realised most people don’t ask enough questions.

Especially questions about their Qigong practice.

So here’s a simple question you must ask yourself on a regular basis:

“Is it working for me?”

Of course to be able to answer the question you really need to be using two tools.

Two tools nobody else seems to teach, which is real shame because if you use them, they virtually guarantee your success with Qigong.

Here they are:

  1. Clarity – You’ve got to be crystal clear on what benefits you want to get from your practice. The clearer your aims and objectives are, the easier it is to know if your practice is working for you.
  2. Progress Chart – You’ve got to be regularly measuring the results you’re getting from your practice. Authentic Qigong works on your most urgent need first, so if you’re not measuring across a broad spectrum, you might be too busy looking in the wrong direction and mistakenly think that your practice isn’t working for you. Ask me how I know this!

Like I said, I consider these two tool to be vital for your success, which is why I made sure to put them in the bonus section of the DVD that comes as part of my PERFECT Qigong System (http://PerfectQigong.com)

A quick word of caution…

I regularly take a look at what others are offering to help people learn Qigong online and offline and overwhelmingly what I see is a focus on only teaching the forms of Qigong.

And to be blunt, Qigong form isn’t even Qigong.

It’s just gentle exercise.

Nothing wrong with that.

Just don’t expect it to help you live a happier, healthier and longer life.

Now from looking at the other Qigong teaching materials available out there, it’s clear to me that it’s not just Qigong Players who should ask the: ‘Is it working for me?‘ question.

Qigong teachers should be asking it too.

They should be asking their students if what they’re being taught is working for them and if the materials they’re being given are working for them.

I’ll bet they don’t.

But it’s something I regularly ask of my Qigong Inner Circle (QIC) members.

You see, I might think I know what’s best for them, but the truth is I don’t. Sure I’ve got 20 years of Qigong experience inside my noggin and I’m usually pretty accurate with my guesses, but that’s not good enough.

I’m not interested in simply providing good information and support to my Inner Circle, that’s just for starters. I’m more interested in helping them get the results they want.

So last Friday I contacted every QIC member and asked them to tell me what else I could do to really help them get the benefits that they want from their Qigong practice.

Turns out I’m doing a damn fine job as most of the replies went something like this:

“Thank you very much for caring, Master Marcus.
I do really feel you’re doing a great job, but instead of just ignoring your mail
I want to say thank you.”

And it turns out that having regular access to me is highly valued too, which is summed up nicely by this reply:

“The fact that I have personal access to a master such as yourself is what I had always hoped I’d find. I am honoured to be your student.”

But there were also a couple of areas for improvement.

Namely around Skype sessions and pdf versions of the letter I send out each month to QIC members.

So now instead of two set times a month when QIC members can Skype with me, I’m trialling something new. A system where Inner Circle members can schedule Skype sessions at times that work for them.

We’ll see how that goes, I hope it’ll be workable.

You see, I know from personal experience what it’s like to have your teacher several thousand miles away and not be able to ask them questions when they come up. I never want that to happen to one of my Qigong Inner Circle members.

If they have a question, they know they can get an answer quickly.

Membership of my Qigong Inner Circle isn’t cheap and it certainly isn’t for everyone. It definitely isn’t worth putting yourself into debt for. So if you currently don’t have two brass farthings to rub together you’re much better off with my books and Qigong Secrets Home Study Course.

However if you’re serious about living a happier, healthier and longer life and serious enough to invest in the right tools that will help you to get the results you want with a minimum of trial and error, then you might be allowed into the Qigong Inner Circle.
