I hope that doesn’t disappoint you.
During 12 years fully immersed in the wonderful world of Qigong I’ve heard some incredible stories from practitioners about their experiences.
One guy explained how the long dead Master of a popular type of Kung Fu was teaching him.
Another was overwhelmed by the amount of dead people who wanted his help.
One of my favourites was the practitioner who explained that whilst reading a book, a small boy climbed out of it and started running around the room before disappearing.
And the list goes on and on.
I certainly believe that my ‘earthly’ learning and knowledge can’t explain everything.
But in my own personal experience (accept no substitute folks!) I have never had any ‘Woo Woo’ encounters in my life or in my Qigong practice.
So if you’re looking for that type of thing from your Qigong training, then I can’t help you.
However, if you’re interested in practicing Qigong to:
- Overcome pain and illness
- Improve resistance to stress
- Promote healthy self-esteem
- Boost vitality
- Increase longevity
- Enhance internal force
- Stimulate mind expansion
- Nurture spiritual cultivation
