The Sunday Quote:

“Sometimes you have to step outside of the person you’ve been, and remember the person you were meant to be, the person you wanted to be, the person you are.”
H.G.Wells

Firstly shout out to my buddy and fellow ZEN Beast Pedro for providing the quote for todays final, live Qigong Daily post.

Because whilst I will continue writing daily, it won’t be here.

I’m letting go of this Qigong15 group of readers and moving forwards with the ZEN+ group.

Since 17th November 2009 I’ve made 875 posts over at Qigong15. With an average post being 500 words I make that: 437,500 words. Hey, it’s Sunday morning and I’m in the mood for some more math.

Hold on a minute…

Right, my book Smiling From The Heart had 37,200 words in it.

So: 437,500 divided by 37,200 = 11.76

That’s nearly 12 books I’ve written in the last 5 years over on the Qigong15 website.

Wow!

Now can you see why I’m all Qigong’d out?

I’ve been the Qigong Guy since 2003 but I’m not that guy anymore.

The driving force in my life has always been to help as many people as possible using the best tools I can find.

That’s the guy I am.

Sure, Qigong is a good tool for helping people live happier, healthier and longer lives.

But ZEN+ is a great tool.

And sometimes you’ve got to let go of good so you can get to great. Yeah, it’s scary, but my personal philosophy is:

If you ain’t growing you’re decaying.

And growth is rarely comfortable.

So, my question to you treasured Qigong Daily reader is:

“Do you want to continue this journey together?”

Yes?

No?

Maybe?

Bye for now

Marcus
