I hear you.
And I agree.
Being told you don’t deserve to be healthy is a pretty crappy way to be greeted on a Monday morning.
But it’s part of my job as you’re trusted advisor to tell you the truth.
And you’ve got to understand you only become, or stay healthy, as a result of taking correct actions… not because you deserve it.
Think about all the good people in your life that deserve to be healthy, but aren’t.
You see, sadly life rarely rewards good people based on merit.
Please don’t start talking to me about Karma, because whilst I agree that the Universe is fair, life usually isn’t and you only have good health by taking the right sort of actions – those designed to enhance health.
The message I’d like you to get today is not to expect good health as a reward for being a good person.
The rewards that come from that are different and no less valuable, for sure. But great health, abundant energy and inner peace come from taking certain actions.
One simple, direct and effective action you can take is practicing PERFECT Qigong.
Can you keep a secret?
6am this morning I was tempted to stay in my warm cosy bed instead of getting up and doing my practice. The ‘lazy’ voice in my head was seductively convincing me that I could do it later, that I deserved an extra hour in bed, that it was too cold to practice outside anyway… blah, blah, blah.
It was very close.
But I asked myself this question:
To live a happy, healthy, longer life?
Or to have an extra hour in bed?”
And up I got.
If you’re not prepared to get out of bed early when you don’t ‘feel’ like it, if you’re not prepared to turn off the ‘Idiot Box’ and do your practice. Then the only alternative is to rely on luck and as I’m sure you know that’s not a very good health strategy.
Here’s the good news…
Taking the right sort of actions to restore, maintain and increase health doesn’t have to be difficult.
If you can give me just 15 minutes a day I can show you how to live a happier, healthier and longer life. Sure, whilst you’re learning PERFECT Qigong you might have to invest more time than that, but not for long and I’ve made it as easy and as enjoyable as I can.
